CWS Cuttings Wash System
The Supavac CWS unit's are mobile cuttings treatment systems that pre wash and deliver the processed drill cuttings to either the a skip, dryer or bulk storage. Uniform cuttings are both significantly less costy to remediate on shore, alternatively by supplying a dryer cuttings in uniform condition prevent screen binding and optimize dryer throughout and performance.The Supavac CWS is a low energy 100% airoperated system, it requires standard rig air supply only (no electrics). The Supavac CWS combines flotation technologies and employs a unique additive to sea water as the wash base at a ratio of just 0.2%. The Supavac CWS unit was designed to perform at "reall drill speed" and can treat up to 30 tonnes per hour of OBM cuttings on a continuouis basis.
