The SV700 E-Vac In-line Vacuum Pump is designed as a fixed installation system that converts standard pipelines into vacuum solids pumping system. It can be installed with various types of pipes, including HDPE, steel, or flexible pressure-rated hoses.

This unit is an ideal solution for a wide range of applications, including:
•Conveyor boot and end trouble spots
•Sump cleaning
•Confined space installations
•Tank and pit cleaning
•Hazardous waste recovery
•Drilling mud transfer
•Open sump installations
•FPSO tank cleaning/desludging
•Vessel bilge cleaning

The SV700 can also be supplied with the Next Generation Pneumatic Control Box, offering a more user-friendly system with features like countdown timers, pump cycle indicators, and enhanced safety, usability, and serviceability.

Variable control Low Pressure Discharge option allows operators to have complete control of the discharge cycle, being able to lower the discharge pressure as low as 10PSI and use only what is required to move material without compromising performance.

•Reduced air / energy consumption, higher efficiency transfer than competitors
•Increases safety by reducing pressure in pipelines and hoses
•Allows for «soft start» when setting up discharge lines to ensure the lines have been fully and safely secured.

With SupaVac busier than ever, we have decided to open our doors to young a talent, Muntaser, who is currently completing his final year of an Engineering Degree at one of Sydney’s top universities.

As one of our most popular models, the original SV60-V2 unit from SupaVac is widely used across a range of applications, including spillage recovery and transfer, sump cleaning and desilting, tank cleaning and sludge extraction, pneumatic excavation and dewatering, and WBM/OBM/drill cuttings transfer. This single-operator Portable Solids Pump features vacuum loading and pressure discharge capabilities, recovering and transferring up to 27 m³/hr (119 USGPM) @ SG1.0. The SV60-V2 is 100% air-powered and air-operated, generating up to 25”Hg+ of high airflow vacuum, allowing the transfer of materials ranging from mining slurries and oil sludge to cementitious powders and grains.
