Australian solutions, engineered for efficiency and ease of use

Discharge Deadheads & Drop Boxes

SupaVac manufactures a complete range of gravity drop boxes, known as “Drop Boxes” in rectangular and “Dead Heads” in tubular arrangements.

Designed to be either slung or hard piped and solidly mounted, Drop Boxes & Dead Heads provide a versatile and convenient way to deliver your recovered product exactly where you want it.

Controlled discharge ensures efficient solids management, allowing gravity to facilitate the process.

Manufactured in powder-coated mild steel, the units come with camlock, threaded, or flanged connections. When installed correctly, the exit area is optimised to deliver 100% of the product to an area, skip, or moving conveyor belt up to 800mm wide.

Suction & Discharge Hoses

SupaVac can supply a variety of suction, discharge, and air supply hoses along with associated fittings to operate the entire range of SupaVac Solids Pumps across diverse applications.

The hoses and fittings are available individually or can be fully assembled with pump units for convenience.

Pickup Nozzles

SupaVac manufactures a comprehensive range of pick-up nozzles designed to enhance the collection performance of SupaVac Solids Pumps.

These lightweight nozzles are manufactured as standard in stainless steel, ensuring durability, ease of connection and use.

‘Boosta’ & Air Assist Nozzles

“Boosta” and Air Assist Nozzles are designed primarily to boost both pick-up and in-line convey velocities. Air enters the nozzle via either an annular eductor or Air Assist jet, creating its own vacuum to accelerate and aerate the material as it moves through the tube into the convey line.

Variations are available, and individual Eductor Nozzles can be tailored for specific tasks and materials. All nozzles are manufactured in stainless steel unless specified otherwise. Both versions can be equipped with valve, remote, or trigger actuation.

The “Boosta” facilitates the accelerated recovery of highly viscous products and drier materials such as powders, fibers, grains, and sand.

SupaVac also manufactures both “Boosta” and Air Assist attachments for direct in-line coupling, significantly enhancing the vertical lift and discharge capabilities of all SupaVac Solids Pumps.

Cuttings Carousel

The SupaVac SV800 Cuttings Carousel is designed to enable the controlled discharge of cuttings delivered from SupaVac Solids Pumps to a skip or confined location.

The Cuttings Carousel can rotate through 360 degrees, allowing for the filling of multiple skips depending on the available space.

These units can be supplied in various heights and lengths to suit the requirements of the application.

Snore Boxes & Strainers

SupaVac offers snore boxes and strainers in a variety of sizes to prevent blockages when pumping with a submerged suction line.

The snore box is a simple means of capturing as much material as possible while excluding oversize particles, ensuring the pumps keep transferring at maximum capacity with Camlock connections.

Hoover Ends

Floor attachments are designed to maintain the high vacuum and excellent airflows supplied via SupaVac Solids Pumps when cleaning liquids from smooth surfaces.

Manufactured in stainless steel and robust in construction, the Hoover Heads maximise the suction area in contact with the surface, ensuring the rapid capture of liquids on the deck or rig floor.

These accessories are ideal for the rapid recovery of spills of oil-based mud or similar material and are available to suit 50mm (2”), 75mm (3”), and 100mm (4”) lines.
