The SupaVac SV510 Fixed Installation Solids Pump is a skid-mounted unit designed for long-term use, delivering robust and reliable performance for extended operations.

With its gravity feed and additional options for increased transfer rates, the SV510 can recover up to 90 m³/hr (396 USGPM) of various materials, including drill cuttings, mud, sludge, and mining slurries. The SV510 is ideal for a wide range of industries, efficiently handling materials with high solids content.

The next-generation pneumatic control system, housed in an IP56 stainless steel box, features new countdown timers and indicators for pump cycles. These enhancements improve safety, usability, and serviceability while offering a more user-friendly experience. The system is standardised, completely interchangeable, and designed for quick connectivity, minimising downtime.

When it comes to robust material handling, SupaVac pumps set the standard for innovation and reliability. As a 100% air-powered and intrinsically safe pneumatic conveying solution, they can transfer solids up to 70% of the inlet diameter with ease.

A patented Venturi design generates powerful vacuum and high airflow, enabling material recovery up to 50 metres (164 ft) and discharge up to 1000 metres (3280 ft). With no internal workings or rotating parts, these pumps provide a cost-effective and efficient way to control, recover, and transfer materials often deemed un-pumpable.

Big boys are out!

Our 2 x SV250Vs are built together but heading to opposite corners of the world: one to Canada and the other to the wild west of the US.

These identical pumps can be used for polar applications: from petrochemical tank cleaning to raw effluent pond de-sludging. With double transfer rates of up to 120 m³/hr @ SG 1.0, the SV250V is also designed for synchronised pumping, allowing two units to operate in parallel for multiplied throughput transfer efficiency.
